Availability

Island Music Company has most of the products that we list in our eBay Store in stock.  In the event we are out of a particular item you will be notified immediately.  If you have concerns or questions about availability contact Keith @301-392-3960.  Southern Maryland customers can always stop by our store in the heart of La Plata, MD @403 Charles Street, La Plata, MD 20646 to view our stock in person. 

Payment Details:  

Payment must be made within 7 days after the auction ends! Payments accepted: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express! If your payment is not received your item will be re-listed and we will file a “non-paying bidder” claim with eBay. In addition, negative feedback will be submitted. PayPal , delivered to paypal address . and items must be sent to that address. Otherwise the sale will be voided.

Shipping

Domestic:

We typically ship our products via UPS Ground Service.  Delivery can take 1 to 7 days.  Please allow our shipping department an additional 3-4 days to process, package and ship your order.  UPS will NOT delivery to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.  If you need items sent to these destinations we will ship via US Postal Service.  US shipping is to the lower 48 states.  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incur additional charges.  Free Ground Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. 

International

International shipments are mailed via US Postal Service Priority International.  Shipping time takes between 7-10 days for most destinations.  However, it may take up to 21 days for shipments to arrive and clear customs.  If you want faster shipping and more detailed tracking information we also use USPS Express International please contact us for a shipping quote.

Island Music Company is NOT responsible for customs duties or any other additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by your country.  Sorry, but we are unable to declare a lower value on customs forms.  Please be advised that doing so also decreases the insurance value of the item, and therefore does not guarantee full reimbursement in the event of loss, theft or damage. 

Insurance Claims Procedures

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or not at all, please contact Island Music Company as soon as possible to initiate the claims process.  Please be aware that Island Music Company is not at fault for lost or damaged packages.  Insurance claims are to be paid by the shipping company since the package was lost or damaged while in their care.  For more detailed information on the claims process please visit:
